Heroes budget was cut down by NBC by $300,000 per episode. This was revealed in the latest article written by the ODI. I don't know what is the budget per episode but based on what we see from the trailers, I think we have a great season 4 ahead of us. Despite of budget cuts.
Another Heroes news, Oliver Grigsby revealed in his twitter account that they're starting to write Episode 10 of Heroes Season 4. Also, according to Grigsby, time travel makes Heroes writers assplode! I guess they are really doing their very best to fix the time travel in Heroes Universe.
