According to Oliver Grigsby, for the month of June to August only one comic will be released per month. Regular weekly issues will be back by September which will tell a new story that will eventually lead into the premiere of Season 4.
On Season 4 update, he said that the writers have spent the several weeks breaking the story. The current plan is to start pre-production two weeks from now. Filming will begin early June.

[CARNIVAL BARKER] 40s-60s, male. Charming character with an evil sense of humor, think Eddie Izzard or The Joker without his makeup …minimal at first… to become large recur RECURRING GUEST STAR/THIS ROLE WILL BE IN SEVERAL EPISODES
[KNIFE THROWER] 30s, male. Dangerous, a true “Carney” … Open to all races and ethnicity. GUEST STAR
