Ray Park a British actor, stuntman and martial artist, best known for his portrayal of Darth Maul in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace and for playing Toad in X-Men will be part of Heroes next Season. There's no news regarding his role but he might be the "Knife Thrower" character described in previous updates.
Also, Deanne Bray a deaf actress who is best known for her role as Sue Thomas in the show Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye would play a love interest with one of the main characters of the show. As previously reported, the part specifically called for a hearing impaired actress. source
